Enjoy running... Looking to get into running... Looking to get fit... Come learn the basics of running and strength training in our introductory program. Topics covered by a certified trainer include: basics training program design, injury prevention, equipment selection, race preparation and much more. This course is designed to prepare participants to run 5-10km distances. Course includes outdoor running sessions as well as outdoor strength training.
