Beginner: This program is for those who have never skated before. Students will learn basic skills such as skating forward, stopping, turning from forward to backward (pivoting), skating backward and much more. Note: Skates are required. CSA-certified hockey helmets are mandatory for everyone participating in on-ice activities at the Minto Sports Complex.
